General non-refundable policy for advance payments
Clause: Advance Payment is Non-Refundable
By making the advance payment, the client acknowledges and accepts that the booking is considered final and that the advance amount will be forfeited entirely in the event of any client-initiated cancellation, for any reason whatsoever.
All advance booking amounts paid by the client for any service, including but not limited to stall fabrication, event management, and Bhakti Yatra bookings, are strictly non-refundable. This policy is in effect to cover the substantial time, resources, and administrative costs incurred immediately upon confirmation of a booking.
Specific policy for stall fabrication
This clause addresses the sunk costs associated with custom design and material procurement for fabrication projects.
Clause: Advance for Stall Fabrication
The advance payment for stall fabrication is non-refundable. Following a booking confirmation, Indo Kudos immediately begins allocating resources, conceptualizing designs, procuring materials, and scheduling fabrication slots. These preparatory activities and expenses are not recoverable.
Therefore, any cancellation of the stall fabrication order by the client will result in the complete forfeiture of the advance payment, regardless of the stage of the fabrication process.

This clause highlights the opportunity costs and vendor commitments involved in planning an event.

- DownThe advance payment for event management services is non-refundable. Our booking confirmation secures the event date and involves immediate commitments to vendors, contractors, and internal personnel. This prevents us from accepting other bookings for the same date.
- In the event of a client-initiated cancellation of the event, the advance payment will not be returned. This covers the opportunity cost of lost business and any third-party expenses already incurred.

This clause covers the upfront costs and logistics associated with pilgrimage travel planning.

- The advance payment for Bhakti Yatra packages is non-refundable. This payment is essential for securing accommodations, transport, and other arrangements with third-party suppliers, which are often non-refundable to us.
- Should the client cancel their participation in the Bhakti Yatra, the advance payment will be retained to offset the costs and cancellation penalties imposed by our partners.
